The High Efficiency powered attic ventilator comes with a ECM - Electronically Commutated Motor with an on-board computer to monitor and adjust to the temperature and humidity in the attic. The variable speed motor provides a quiet start up and reduces wear and tear on the motor while minimizing electricity consumption.
